Commercial Building Management (CBM) has been in business since 2006 throughout Southern California. Our mission is to provide you with best quality and government approved products to keep your business environment safe and clean. Upper management consists of managers who are hired for their knowledge of the building maintenance industry. Most have over 10 years of experience. Their input enables CBM to develop better service policies and employee training programs and faster response to customer requests or complaints.
All CBM employees are non-union and are paid above minimum wage which allows us to attract higher quality and motivated employees. Our employees take pride in their work, are professional and are security minded.
